• Name, mobile number, email address, and parent details when you or your employer creates an account.
• Communications with us, e.g., comments, suggestions, requests for product/service information, or any other correspondence or phone calls.
• We collect location-based data (GPS coordinates) through our geolocation feature when your employer requires users to log their GPS location. Our application uses Google Maps API(s) to provide location-based services. By using our Services, you acknowledge that your data may be processed in accordance with Google’s Privacy Policy.
• We collect biometric data through our facial recognition feature, if the employer has requested logging in through selfies.
• We collect time entry and attendance data when you use the App.

How We Use Your Information

Tickora acts as a data processor and uses personal information to improve the quality of the services we offer. Personal information is data entered by the Customer’s end-users in the process of using the service. The Customer is responsible for determining the purpose and means for the processing of personal information.

• We use Razorpay, a trusted third-party payment gateway, to process payments securely. Razorpay collects and processes your payment information such as name, email address, phone number, and payment method details (credit/debit card, UPI, or bank account information).
• Tickora does not store or have access to your complete payment information such as your card number, CVV, or UPI PIN. All sensitive payment data is handled directly by Razorpay in compliance with PCI DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard).
• Razorpay may collect additional information for fraud prevention and identity verification purposes, such as IP address, device details, and transaction metadata.
• By making a payment through Razorpay, you agree to Razorpay’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Service. You can review them at https://razorpay.com/privacy/.
• We use the information received from Razorpay solely for payment confirmation, billing, and record-keeping purposes. We do not share or sell your financial data to third parties.
• In case of refunds or disputes, transaction details may be shared with Razorpay and your financial institution as required to process the request.
