By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the Tickora CRM application, you (“User” or “Subscriber”) agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you are accepting these terms on behalf of a company or organization, you represent that you possess the authority to bind that entity. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not access or use Tickora CRM.

Finytive Private Limited grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install, and utilize Tickora CRM strictly for your internal business operations, customer relationship tracking, lead management, and sales pipeline monitoring in accordance with your subscription plan.

• Credential Security: You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and ensuring all users within your organization maintain confidential access.
• Role Administration: Organization administrators are solely responsible for assigning roles, granting access privileges, and removing permissions for former staff.
• Accurate Registration: You agree to provide accurate, updated, and complete organization and contact details during account onboarding.

By utilizing the call tracking and audio integration features, you affirm that you have established appropriate organizational policies and obtained necessary customer/employee notices prior to enabling recording functionalities.

You agree not to engage in any of the following restricted activities:

• Decompiling, reverse engineering, disassembling, or copying the source code of the application.
• Using the service to transmit spam, fraudulent marketing, malware, or unlawful materials.
• Interfering with server infrastructure, security controls, or service integrity.
• Reselling, renting, or sublicensing access to Tickora CRM without express written agreement from Finytive Private Limited.

All rights, titles, and interests in and to Tickora CRM—including software code, visual design, databases, documentation, algorithms, logos, and trademarks—are and will remain the exclusive property of Finytive Private Limited.

Your organization retains full, exclusive ownership of all customer leads, client contact lists, pipeline notes, and communications submitted into Tickora CRM.

Tickora CRM is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Finytive Private Limited disclaims all warranties, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Under no circumstances shall Finytive Private Limited be liable for indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages resulting from downtime, network failures, or data loss.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by, interpreted, and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal action, dispute, or proceeding arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
